Arrival & Departure

Students traveling on bikes, scooters or skateboards must walk their vehicles once they are on the campus.  These vehicles must be walked on the sidewalk along the drop-off area.   The reason for this rule is that drivers do not anticipate students to be traveling quickly on a school campus.  Cars negotiating other drivers, entering or leaving parking areas, and attending to their own passengers, my be surprised to find a student on a bicycle suddenly in their path.  By walking bikes, etc., students are better able to negotiate the car traffic and drivers are better able to avoid encounters with students.

It is not safe for students to ride their bikes into the St. Andrews Church parking lot and enter the school through the staff parking lot.  All students should enter from Harriet into Corritone Ct., the main entrance to the school.

Bicycles should be locked in the bicycle racks during school hours.  Scooters and skateboards should be placed in appropriate areas designated by the teacher.  The school is not responsible for the security of these items.
